FAQ

1) Can I bring my own food?
Yes you may bring your on food. We suggest using our caterer Towne Deli as their food is delicious!! The reason we prefer you order the food thru us is because of the timing of the party is structured around the food delivery. There IS A $25.00 setup fee if you bring in your own food, which covers the cost to setup, wrap up your food.

2) Can I bring my own cake?
Yes of course! You can bring a cake, cupcakes, brownies. We do use one of the best Cake place on Staten Island - Kiddie Cakes. Each cake comes with one free cartoon drawing and special Happy Birthday saying. Cake scans are available for an extra $10.00, and extra cartoon drawings are also available for $5.00

3) What happens if I don't meet or exceed the 15 children or 13 children included in the package?
The package price includes 13 or 15 children depending on which room you book.
Also included in this package is 13 or 15 adults, each additional adult is $2.00

4) What will the children do for two hours?
Our super talented staff will keep the kids entertained throughout the party, sit back, relax. Check our feedback tab to see what people are saying!

5) Can I extend my party?
Of course. To extend your party please click on extras for pricing. We do suggest a two hour party as this is perfect for the kids attention span.

6) What is included with my package? 13 or 15 children depending on the room, Free Video Games, ALL paper goods for adults and children, Pizza for children (Click here for Adult Food), Soda, Popcorn, Coffee, Tea, and complete use of your jungle gym facility throughout the party (Adults are welcomed in the gym)

7) Can I bring my own balloons?
Yes, BUT we don't suggest this. For the price you will pay at Party City, you can have us do them and be worry free the day of your party. WE have seen many guests over the past 3 years bring their own balloons to our facility. Once the balloons make it out of your car, the wind kicks up and you now have lots of tangled balloons, making it a 20 minute ordeal to untangle them.

8) When will I need to confirm my party?
Our awesome office manager Al, will call you approximately one week prior to your party to confirm amount of children, adults, food order, cake order, and any special requests or extras.

9) What happens if the day of my party I have more or less children then confirmed?
The day of your party , the manager and two workers will count the amount of children or adults and your bill will be adjusted the day of your party, and this will be confirmed with you.

11) Where can I park?
We have a parking lot in the back of our building. We also have a parking lot on Sharrotts Road and Arthur Kill Road that you and your guests can use , as well as parking on Sharrotts Road itself.

12) What is the difference between the monkey room and giraffe room?
The monkey room is a bit larger and the gym has more tube tunnels and slides. This gym was designed for older children as you will not be able to see the children while the are playing. This room holds 75 people in total. The giraffe room is a bit smaller gym and the front of the gym is completely open so you will be able to watch your children easily. This room holds 65

13) Can you facility hold a large group of over 100 people?
YES!! A Jungle Party can hold up to 130-140 people without any problems. We try to keep the kids in one room and the adults in the other. But the children will have access to both rooms and gyms to have fun in!!

14) When can I come to see the facility?
Please call 718-605-0000 to see when is a convenient time for you.

15) How do I book my party?
Call 718-605-0000. When booking we will need a $100 Non-Refundable deposit (Cash, Check, Credit Card is accepted. NO CHECKS for final payment.

16) What do I need to do on Party Day?
NOTHING !! BRING THE KIDS AND SIT BACK AND RELAX AND TAKE TONS OF PICTURES!! SEE YOU SOON AT THE PARTY JUNGLE 718-605-0000.

Directions

From SI expressway

Take the SI Expressway to the West Shore expressway towards the Outerbridge Crossing. Take Exit 1 located at the foot of the Bridge, you will then make a Left turn at the light, which will take you towards Arthur kill Road. At Arthur kill Road you will make a right turn. Go straight approximately 1 mile and make a left turn onto Sharrotts Road. We are on your left hand side located in the rear of building with parking.

From New Jersey

Take the Outerbridge Crossing and stay towards the right. Just after the tolls you will take the first Exit “Page Avenue”. At the light make a left, then make your next left to go over the highway, then make a 3^rd left. This will take you to Arthur kill Road. At Arthur kill Road you will make a right turn. Go straight approximately 1 mile and make a left turn onto Sharrotts Road. We are on your left hand side located in the rear of building with parking.
